Elliott has spent the past seven years as a professional dog trainer, helping dogs and their families build stronger relationships through thoughtful, individualized training. Alongside training, Elliott has also provided private boarding services, giving them extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. Before becoming a professional trainer, Elliott managed two boarding facilities in the Omaha area, developing a strong foundation in kennel operations, behavior, and pet care. Their passion for understanding dogs and creating positive experiences is at the heart of Camp Everwood.

Raven Isom
Grooming manager & Counselor
With over 12 years of professional grooming experience, Raven is an award-winning groomer known for exceptional skill, precision, and artistry. They have earned recognition in numerous grooming competitions and specialize in breed-standard trims, show grooming, hand stripping, and custom styling for a wide variety of breeds.
Outside of the salon, Raven competes in conformation and scent work with their Standard Poodles and Chinese Crested, continually expanding their knowledge of structure, coat care, and breed presentation. Whether it's a routine groom or a competition-ready trim, every pet receives expert care and attention.
Megan Drobny
boarding manager & groomer
Megan brings eight years of boarding and daycare management experience, having successfully managed two boarding facilities in the Denver area. Her background in kennel management gives her a deep understanding of canine behavior, safety, and creating positive boarding experiences.
In addition to boarding, Megan has spent the past five years professionally grooming both dogs and cats. She is also an active conformation competitor with her Standard Poodles, giving her valuable insight into coat care and breed-specific grooming techniques. Megan's combination of management experience, grooming expertise, and genuine passion for animal care helps ensure every camper enjoys a safe, comfortable, and fun stay at Camp Everwood.
Kennedy Flott
Camp Director & owner
Kennedy has dedicated her career to caring for animals, with years of experience managing two boarding and daycare facilities in the Omaha area. She is passionate about creating a calm, enriching environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and excited to return for every stay. Outside of Camp Everwood, Kennedy actively competes with her Beaucerons in conformation, scent work, and obedience. Her dedication to responsible dog ownership and continual education helps shape the high standards of care and attention that define Camp Everwood.
